Mondays are for Compliments

Learn to overcome the tendency to criticize and be judgmental, which robs us of laughter.  Look for the good in others, tell them about it, and you might just end up laughing together.  Thought for Mondays:  “A kind word often goes unspoken, but never goes unheard.”

Tuesdays are for Flexibility

There is no laughter in being stubborn.  Learning to be open to new ideas can be liberating and can be a lot more fun than being in a rut.  An open mind lets the laughter in.  Thoughts for Tuesdays:  “The tree that bends in the wind does not break.” “Minds are like parachutes.  They only function when they are open.”

Wednesdays are for Gratitude

One way to feel miserable is to think that you need something more to make you happy.  Remembering to be appreciative brings serenity and allows laughter to come forth.  Thought for Wednesdays:  “So much has been given to me.  I have no time to ponder over that which has been denied.”(Helen Keller)

Thursdays are for Kindness

Fridays are for Forgiveness
